My initial testing on a very small dataset, please note I am not a music professional but I have generated my fair share of musics with Suno for a couple of years :

v6 has the same downside of "mainstream beat" as v5. v4.5+ was still the best for a "real organic" song vibe. Too bad it's gone.

v6-wild is ultra-sensible to the weirdness factor. Where v5 at 70% weirdness would produce something interesting, v6-wild made garbage.

v6 generations are more bass heavy. Listening with a headset, I feel if I were to play this on a proper speaker the walls would shake.

I do not want to call anyone names but the level of pedantry and gatekeeping in this comment and the replies is outstanding. I can hear Chuck McGill screaming "You're not a real driver!".

requiring a full blown VM (with a different OS) to implement a driver (normally that would work in ring-0 along with the original OS) is not pedantry.

for instance the 'windows' part is also entirely nonsensical as the printer works on a default mint installation w/o any issues. The "obscure" part is weird as you can just buy the printer online as well.

> A device driver is software that operates or controls a particular type of device that is attached to a computer.[1] A driver provides a software interface to hardware devices, enabling other software to access hardware functions without needing to know precise details about the hardware.

Is using a VM running another operating system as part of a driver weird, yes. Is it still a driver? Also yes.

Since when is pointing out technical errors a sin on HN?

Since the influx of people who know basically nothing about anything made that part the majority and it became mostly business hype and pretense.

Very impressive and enjoyable good experience. This was done with Opus 4.8! In theory Qwen 3.8-27B could do it too.

...I would have asked Fable.

I guess I will break the general hypocrisy and be the one to say this can be replicated with AI. Fable almost one-shotted it.

The devil is in the details. I ended up tinkering quite a bit because Samsung's software decides for you wether to use the real 3x camera or do a digital zoom (which defeats the purpose). Long story short I got a prototype working, but only when shooting outdoor with good day light. No I will not share it or publish it. The result was terrible for a close up portrait. It works beautifully for outdoor shots of plants/trees.

Here is the catch : when you share your detailed shot by WhatsApp (for example), it gets compressed and you lose those precious details.

A very cool project nonetheless.

Obtaining a big enough preview and removing the watermark is 2 minutes in the inspector. We are not the target audience.

Pi will blow your mind :)

No MCP.

No sub-agents. There's many ways to do this. Spawn Pi instances via tmux, or build your own with extensions, or install a package that does it your way.

No permission popups. Run in a container, or build your own confirmation flow with extensions inline with your environment and security requirements.

No plan mode. Write plans to files, or build it with extensions, or install a package.

No built-in to-dos. Use a TODO.md file, or build your own with extensions.

No background bash. Use tmux. Full observability, direct interaction.

I've tried both, I prefer OpenCode. I get that Pi is more customizable but I prefer a nice, complete out-of-the-box experience and that's what OpenCode provides.

Typo : Webiste URL The site is unusable on mobile even with desktop mode In desktop mode the instructions to use the arrows appeared only after I zoomed out, they would gain from being part of the top banner Would be nice to have the final listing : 1st place, second place, joined third
